Returns Policy
Returns - The returns are handled physically at the church and it can be requested by emailing Media@epcnz.com. All the refund related queries can be addresses to the aforementioned email address. Allow us 5 business days to revert.
Shipping Information
The church media team handles the shipping of this product and usual method we follow is batch ordering. So if you are ordering for an event, make an order and standby for the batch to be shipped out.
