EPC Food Fest 2024

Hi Church, we are conducting this food fest towards the church mortgage loan closure. We would like to know the count of those who are attending this fest to prepare the food and organise the rest of the things. Kindly register below for your entry tickets.

An entry coupon is required for you to access the food fest counters. Ticket fares are $100, $200 & $500. There is a free entry for kids below age of 5. Special contributions can also be made to the church account for this cause. "Unlimited food - Fair consumption policy applies" Note: Only one person from a family needs to enter this form.
